Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, seeded and diced (or grated)
1 tsp garlic
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until fully combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes- 1 hour.
- Serve with pita bread, tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
