1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder (or seasoning of choice)
1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Toss chick peas in the olive oil and seasonings. Evenly spread the chick peas onto a baking sheet.
- Roast the chick peas for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned and crispy.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
