Yield: 8-10 balls
Ingredients:
1/3 cup almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together until a dough forms.
- Scoop 2 Tbsp sized balls onto a baking sheet pan and freeze for 20-30 minutes or until firm.
- Keep refrigerated.
