Yield: 10-12 bars
1/2 cup chocolate nut butter (I used Nuttzo) or 1/2 cup nut butter + 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 Tbsp coffee concentrate (I used Jot)
1 tsp vanilla
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a smooth dough forms.
- Press the mixture into a loaf pan or 8×8 baking pan and freeze for 20-30 minutes or until firm before cutting into bars.
