Yield: 10-12 balls
Ingredients:
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
3 dates, pitted
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until a smooth dough forms.
- Scoop dough into 2 Tbsp sized balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate or freeze for 20-30 minutes or until firm.
