Yield: 10-12 cups


1 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

1 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


  1. In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Layer melted chocolate, peanut butter filling and more chocolate in mini muffin tins.
  3. Freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.
