Yield: 10-12 cups
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Ingredients:
- In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Layer melted chocolate, peanut butter filling and more chocolate in mini muffin tins.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.
