Yield: 4 cups
4 cups mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pecans, etc)
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in large pot over medium-low heat.
- Continuously stir the nut mixture for 8-10 minutes, or until the nuts are toasted and coated in maple syrup.
- Allow the nuts to cool completely before placing into an air tight container.
